The Process Of Planning

We start with a pre-meeting in which we encourage our clients to think outside the box and write down every area of their business that needs improvement.  We narrow it down to one goal after we have a list of desired goals. This will be the Hackathon’s theme. 

Following this, our client should divide the participants into teams that will collaborate and compete with one another. We recommend having a winning prize for the top three winners so that participants are engaged and motivated to collaborate.

We plan mini-challenges to “interrupt” problem-solving hours and increase their excitement and creativity.
