Bitrock Smart Hackathon
Hackathon Officially Over
FINDING A HUMAN BALANCE IN A VIRTUAL WORLD.
Relationships are a fundamental element in ensuring a positive and productive working environment and, more generally, ensuring everyone’s well-being.
Remote working, characterised by a social model of remote interpersonal relationships, inevitably has an impact on the quality of ties and collaboration between colleagues. The great limitation of smart working is the risk of isolation that can result; we must therefore identify tools that overcome this limitation and allow workers to relate and share. Let’s give back space for the possibility of confrontation and growth so as not to risk generating frustration and closure.
Breaking down the obstacle of distance by redefining ‘smart’ sociality through technology: are you ready to face this challenge?
