The third motivation method is “receiving gifts” as a love language. During the event, it translates to the final prize that the winning team earns by coming up with the best solution but to avoid dissatisfaction, the mini-challenge prizes serve a double purpose, not to mention the goodie bags and merchandise as a giveaway gesture to all the employees.
